About

Qigong Shibashi (18 movements) is a part of our internal arts practice. It is known as life force cultivation because it combines breath and simple movements to circulate Qi (chi) energy in the body.

Qigong can harmonise, strengthen and have a healing effect on the functioning of all internal organs and bodily systems. It can be practised anywhere as it requires very little space and is the perfect companion exercise for Tai Chi.
