Included in the fee are a choice of 30-minute workshops run by local practitioners for you to engage in. These introductory workshops will provide insight into a variety of holistic therapies. Bookings are essential to ensure your spot (spots are limited so get in quick!)
We also have a dedicated area where local health providers will be displaying their services and talents. You will be able to browse, connect and learn about a wide variety of health options available to you in the South West.
Additionally, we are hosting "The Pathways from Stress to Resilience" discussion panel. A broad range of expert panellists will share their knowledge of ways that stress impacts health and wellbeing and address possibilities of ways to adjust your lifestyle. They will offer lived experience focussing on how they support people to resolve the effects of stress in their lives. It is sure to be a lively and informative session and you will have opportunities to ask questions of the panel members.
